Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager (Financial Compliance). Key Responsibilities Manage the month-end close process and oversee audit and cost report processes Supervise daily operations of landlord accounting and treasury functions Assist in process improvement initiatives and onboarding new managed clients Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum of five years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with two years in a management role Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; master's degree preferred Public Accounting experience, preferably in audit Working knowledge of GAAP Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
