Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Travel LPN

Facility : Casey's Pond Senior Living Community

Location : Steamboat Springs, CO 80487

Term : contract 8-13 weeks

Shift : 12 hrs (Nights) (Four Days in a week)

Guaranteed Hrs. : 48hrs / week

Start : ASAP

Requirements :

• State LPN license
• BLS / CPR preferred
• Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .
• Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL's, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN's.
• Care / Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
