Registered Nurse (RN) Position

The Amergis Division is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) position with Assured Home Health in Spokane, WA.

Position Overview :

Title : Registered Nurse Home Health Location : Spokane, WA Facility : Assured Home Health Start Date : ASAP (Targeting July 7 or 21 start) Contract Length : 26 wks Schedule : Flexible, candidate builds their own schedule Preferred Hours : Daytime, MondayFriday 40 Hours a week

Position Summary :

The Home Health RN provides skilled, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes and may accompany them to appointments when necessary. This role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team and in accordance with physician orders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver clinical services within the RN scope of practice
• Conduct initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations
• Develop and revise care plans in collaboration with physicians
• Ensure compliance with home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines
• Visit 56 patients per day (reliable transportation required)
• Participate in on-call rotation (12 times / month, $4.50 / hr while on call)
