Instructional Aide

Description

Beatitudes of Our Lord School is seeking an instructional aide for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate must be able to assist the homeroom teacher with small groups, STAR testing, classroom activities, assist during classroom lessons, and supervise children both in the classroom and on the playground. The ideal instructional aide must work collaboratively with teachers, staff and administration for the academic betterment of the students. It is imperative that this candidate has a positive mindset, is a good Catholic role model and energetic.

Requirements

• High school diploma (minimum)
• A practicing Catholic is preferred
• Along with the teacher, help to create a supportive and caring classroom environment in which students can learn and interact positively with one another; through student-centered instruction and collaboration
• Demonstrates flexibility and assists with classroom management

Wage Range

The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
