Rural Carrier Associate (RCA)

As a Rural Carrier Associate (RCA) / Service Regular Route employee, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting mail along a prescribed rural route in rural and suburban areas. This position offers a unique opportunity to serve communities by ensuring timely and accurate mail delivery, fostering strong customer relationships, and contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the postal service.

Proficiency in operating a vehicle safely under various road and weather conditions.Strong organizational skills for mail sorting and delivery route planning.Customer service skills to effectively interact with the public.Basic math skills for transactions involving postal products.Ability to lift and transport mail carriers and packages that may be heavy.
