• Experience with orthopedic and neuro patients
• Ability to handle outpatient therapy with some inpatient evaluations

Description :

Hiring Process includes profile review with clinical staff followed by an interview with the unit manager.

Clinicians must be in state for the week of orientation even if the first day modules are remote.

The unit treats approximately 8-12 patients per day.

Common diagnoses include post-joint surgeries, pain management, back issues, post-falls, and post-neuro conditions.

The setting is primarily outpatient orthopedic with some involvement in neuro and acute inpatient care.

There is a warm water therapy pool available for treatments.

The physical therapy department consists of a supervisor and lead PT, along with three physical therapy assistants.

Weekend requirements are minimal, with occasional on-call shifts.

No holiday requirements exist for this position.

Dress code is scrubs or business casual attire.

Charting is completed through the EPIC system.

The department-specific orientation takes place during the first week.

Cancellation policy allows for up to four shifts to be canceled during a 13-week assignment.
