Establish relationships to attract new clients using face-to-face and virtual engagement strategies, including networking, referrals, and public speaking.Thoroughly understand the needs, priorities, and concerns of clients to build trust and create comprehensive financial strategies tailored to their goals.Oversee branch processes and operations to ensure a quality client experience, adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines.Collaborate with the branch team to develop, monitor, and refine the business plan for enhanced effectiveness and desired outcomes.Foster a collaborative and engaging branch environment characterized by trust, respect, and accountability.Desired Characteristics of a Successful Financial Consultant :

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in the financial services industry.Prior experience in financial services and / or sales is beneficial.Possession of financial services registrations, licenses, or certifications is advantageous.Demonstrated career progression in a professional or military setting.Licensing Requirements :
An SIE (which can be acquired without firm sponsorship), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses are required; if not currently registered, you can obtain these through Edward Jones during your paid study period.FINRA registrations must be obtained within three months.
