What You'll Do :

• Respond quickly to inbound calls, texts, chats, and emails from potential clients. First impressions matter, your words will shape how we're seen.
• Gather key case information with empathy, confidence, and accuracy.
• Ensure no lead goes unanswered. Your follow-through could change someone’s life.
• Accurately enter information so our legal team can move fast to help our clients.
• Assess potential clients. You help us make sure we help the right people.
