Coverage is needed January 4 - 10, February 1-2, March 14 - 15, March 31-April 6, April 19-20, April 21-25 (x2), April 26 - May 2, May 5 - 23, May 12 - 16, May 26-June 13, June 2 - 6, June 16 - July 4, June 23-27 and ongoing.

Qualifications :

• License requirements : CO and DEA
• Any additional requirements specific to job (i.e. specific availability, specific certifications, etc.) Any active resuscitation courses
