Our Technical Operations team plays a critical role in supporting our sales, customer success, and marketing teams. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, implementing technology, and analyzing performance to provide valuable business insights. This fast-paced role is perfect for organized, detail-oriented multi-taskers who are motivated to drive improvements through technology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as an administrator for essential business software applications and integrations, overseeing scoping, design, development, testing, integration, and ongoing support throughout the customer relationship lifecycle.
• Enhance productivity by enabling end-users to adopt technical solutions and automate processes using out-of-the-box features.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements from concept to delivery.
• Support the design and execution of Role Based Access controls and implement least privileged security models to maintain optimized, SOX-compliant operations.
• Identify and leverage existing application capabilities to enhance utilization and maximize technology investments.
• Assist business reporting stakeholders by ensuring that data models align with analytical needs.

The target cash compensation range for this role is $87,930 - $108,160 USD annually, which includes base salary, variable commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets. All full-time iSpot employees are also eligible for stock options as part of our equity plan. Non-exempt roles may qualify for (pre-approved) overtime pay.

iSpot is committed to offering a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on your location and responsibilities, you may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or fully remote. A hybrid schedule typically means working in the office 1-3 days a week. If you live near our offices in Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; or New York, NY, you will benefit from this flexible approach, while remote employees located further away will work entirely from home.
