Leidos is seeking a highly technical program and people manager specifically in the fields of IT, Defensive Cyber and AI Navy to support its Navy and US Marine Corps IT Business Area; specifically, in the NMCI Division under the Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) contract.

SMIT is the largest IT services program for the Navy, delivering the core backbone of NMCI, including cybersecurity services, network and datacenter operations, service desk, deskside support and data transport.

NMCI spans the entire Continental US and delivers services through five Major Tier One datacenters and a multitude of distribution nodes of varying size. This support provides NIPR and SIPR services to over 600 thousand users including Navy and Joint leadership of General and Flag Officers responsibilities.

What You'll Get to Do :

While homed in the NMCI Division the successful candidate will work across the Business area and Digital Modernization Sector to :

• Provide subject matter expertise in development of new non-SMIT proposal work in direct support of the Navy / Marine Corps IT missions.
• Provide guidance to the Business area on building and growing Leidos' reputation and relationships with the various Naval IT organizations, such as PEO C4I, NAVWAR HQ, NIWC Pac and NIWC Lant.
• Provide in-depth thought leadership and technical management in Leidos' Tactical Networking campaign.
• Provide support in Leidos' INDO-PACOM IT modernization campaign.

Given SMIT is the largest program within Leidos, the ideal candidate will also have significant Navy experience and ability in developing and delivering executive-level briefings.

Pay Range :

Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
