Certifications and Licenses :

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

Additional certifications preferable but not mandatory depending on facility requirements

What You Bring :

Proven experience in Labor and Delivery nursing with a strong understanding of obstetric and neonatal care.

Excellent patient assessment skills, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and provide compassionate patient care.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic clinical environment.

Commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive atmosphere for patients and staff.

Preferred Education & Experience :

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience in a hospital setting.

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and relevant clinical protocols.

Experience working night shifts and handling multiple deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits :

Weekly Taxable Pay : $2,353.04

Weekly Stipend : $1,246.00
