As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to enhance our leadership team and support our long-term strategic goals.
Job Summary :
Reporting directly to the President, the CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for the development of the company's overall financial policies and objectives. This role will lead our finance and IT teams, drive financial planning and reporting, and act as a strategic advisor on business growth, risk management, and company performance. Ensures the organization adheres to strict financial guidelines (GAAP) and reporting requirements. Provides oversight to accounting, forecasting, budgeting, tax, insurance, and treasury functions. Represent the company with financial institutions, stakeholders, and government agencies in conjunction with the CFO of Koch Enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the accounting and information technology teams
- Providing strategic recommendations to the President and members of the executive management team
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Key point of contact with financial institutions, parent company and other key stakeholders
- Assist with insurance policies, project coverage and claims
- Advising on long-term business growth opportunities and financial planning
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and stakeholders
- Identify and address potential financial risks for the company
- Participate in proposal-bid reviews, advising on risks and opportunities
- Assist / advise on project contract reviews, terms and conditions, and negotiations
- Implement strategies and systems to improve financial performance
- Discuss company financials and roadmap with stakeholders
- Identify and support business integration opportunities across multiple sites
