Maintenance Manager Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to support equipment reliability and performance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and driving continuous improvement across CNC and industrial machinery.

Qualifications

8 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager
8+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of CNC machines, lathes, mills
Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
Basic computer skills and ability to document work clearly

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems

Perform preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades

Support CNC machinery, including 5-axis systems and probing functions

Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and manuals

Collaborate with operations and vendors to resolve equipment issues

Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols
