o Elkhorn, WI 53121
o Small community hospital - transfers to Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee
o 64 Licensed Beds
o AAH will require the Covid vaccine
o Beds : 14 SDS, 4 PACU
o Experience? 2 year
o First-time traveler? Yes
o GYN, General, ENT, Urology, Ortho, Podiatry, Robotics
o BLS, ACLS, PALS
o Ability to pre-op and post-op patients
o EPIC, Pyxis, Alaris pumps
o OR at Southern Lakes and Burlington Hospital
o 1 day of orientation
o Weekend rotation – On Call every 4th weekend
o Can we approve time off? No
o Call : Once per week and every 4th weekend
o Scrub Color : Provided
o Parking : Free
