Pharmacist

1) Independently prepares, compounds, preserves, and dispenses drugs, medicines, and therapeutic devices on the basis of prescriptions, medication orders, or other legal authority in accordance with ARTICLE 37 of Education Law.

• Receives, evaluates, compounds, and dispenses prescriptions for individuals in STATE facilities and programs.
• Reviews prescription orders in conjunction with individual information and records; verifies the accuracy of drug, dosage,
