Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff while fostering a supportive team culture. Ensure person-centered, high-quality services that meet individual needs. Manage budgets, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Build strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and the community. Provide on-call support to ensure seamless program operations. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ Human Services experience preferred. Valid driver’s license, insurance, and required state certifications. Strong organizational and communication skills. Compassionate leadership and a hands-on approach.
