This role demands a strong focus on product ownership, strategic planning, and the leadership of large-scale implementations across the organization.

The ideal candidate will effectively balance the needs of product development with advanced facilitative leadership to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement.  This is a remote position.   Responsibilities  Product Ownership :

  • Lead collaboration with Product Managers and Technical Product Managers to refine and prioritize the product backlog.  Translate strategic goals into comprehensive user stories with clear acceptance criteria and actionable plans.  Validate and ensure that the delivery of product features aligns with organizational objectives and satisfies customer needs.  Champion and lead large-scale product implementations across the company, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.  Leadership :   Develop and communicate a clear development plan, aligning with both customer needs and business goals.  Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure cohesive and efficient product development and implementation.  Serve as the primary communication liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment with the product vision and implementation goals.  Stakeholder Management :   Manage expectations throughout the product development and implementation lifecycle.  Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, addressing any impediments and outlining delivery timelines.  Team Efficiency and Improvement :   Lead and mentor the development team in achieving high performance and continuous improvement.  Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the team.  Encourage and lead the team in retrospectives to identify strengths, potential improvements, and strategies for effective change implementation.    Requirements   Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.  Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or management with a focus on Agile methodologies, feature delivery, and quality assurance.  Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring product owners.  In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in applying them to enhance product development processes.  Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering features on time and ensuring high product quality.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.    Eligibility Requirements  This role is open to US Citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States.
  • Rightworks LLC is unable to offer visa sponsorship.   Due to specific state regulations, we are unable to accept applications from residents of California, Hawaii, or Alaska.   Relocation will not be offered for this position.    Compensation   Compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience.    Benefits  To provide best-in-class solutions, we need a best-in-class team.
