As we continue to grow, we’re looking to bring on an experienced Accounting Manager to help lead and elevate our financial operations.

Job Overview :

As our Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day accounting functions and ensure timely reporting, budgeting, and compliance across multiple projects and states.

What You’ll Do :

Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including AP, AR, payroll, job costing, and general ledger.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.

Oversee cash flow management and forecasting.

Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate job costing and financial tracking.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives.

Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with tax regulations and audits.

Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decisions.

Help streamline and modernize accounting systems and processes.

Support the integration of new projects or business units into the accounting structure.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus).

5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

Strong background in construction or project-based accounting is a plus.

Proficient with accounting software (experience with QuickBooks plus).

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working independently and managing remote collaboration.

Able to thrive in a hybrid work setting and occasionally travel to the office for key meetings or deadlines.
