Position Summary : At Noble Chicken a Back of the House (BOH) position is one in which the primary responsibility is food preparation, cooking and maintaining kitchen cleanliness, essentially working behind the scenes where customers are not directly visible, ensuring the quality and consistency of every dish served; key duties include following recipes, managing inventory, adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
