Job descriptionDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). Board-certified or board-eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine. Valid, unrestricted medical license in the state of desired employment (or willingness to obtain). Current, unrestricted DEA license. Experience managing a Medicare Advantage patient panel with a solid understanding of best practices in a coordinated care environment. Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage. Familiarity with HEDIS quality indicators. Guaranteed base salary plus bi-annual bonus (20% of base). Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance effective on your first day of employment. CME allowance - $3,500 / yr + 40 hours Occurrence-based malpractice insurance. Relocation and sign-on bonus options available. 401(k) with employer match. Life insurance and disability coverage. Total days off (PTO +holidays) is 33
CenterWell Senior Primary Care Centers is seeking a dedicated Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our team! You have the opportunity take a quality focused, and hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinants of health are impacting health outcomes. We have a unique care model that sets us apart for patients and providers. We are experts in senior-focused primary care with a multidisciplinary approach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM; no nights, no weekends, no holidays!
- Dedicated administrative time weekly
- Patient Care :
- Lower patient volume with focus on quality and relationships
- Longer appointment times = more 1 : 1 time with patients
- Serve as a lead medical expert within the Care Team, actively participating in daily huddles.

Compensation (base pay + quality bonus) can exceed $300K
