About the Role :

As NHA, you will direct day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards while maintaining the highest level of care and service. You’ll also play a pivotal role in staff management, financial oversight, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Lead all business-related activities for the facility.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and processes to maintain high standards of care.
• Oversee annual state surveys and regulatory compliance.
• Manage facility finances effectively.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to protect residents and staff.
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures.
