Construction Manager

Position Overview
The Construction Manager serves as the owner's representative, overseeing all aspects of multifamily renovation and construction projectsfrom scope development and budgeting to project close-out. Working closely with the National Construction Manager, you will lead collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Travel required Weekly, possibly 2 days a week. Mostly to Baltimore, MD, and to Boston, MA.
