Pay : $50,000 – $60,000+ per year

Higher compensation for HVAC-certified candidates with commercial experience)

Job Summary :

Genesis Health Clubs is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee the repair, maintenance, and operation of our Louisville fitness facilities. This is a hands-on, full-time role that requires experience with HVAC systems, electrical and mechanical repairs , and fitness equipment maintenance. Pool maintenance experience is a strong bonus. If you're a problem-solver with a strong technical background, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform daily maintenance checks on all club facilities and equipment
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (commercial experience preferred)
• Handle electrical and mechanical repairs across the facility
• Maintain and repair gym equipment (cardio, strength, free weights)
• Support pool and spa maintenance as needed
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on priorities and projects
• Ensure club safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met
• Manage contractor and vendor work when necessary
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues
