The HR team is seeking a Human Resources Associate to support executing operational activities, particularly in the areas of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding. Collaboration, strong relationship building, an attention to detail and compliance will be vital to the success of this position.
Responsibilities :
- Actively recruit through community partnerships, events and networking
- Manage talent acquisition social media
- Maintain employee hiring and onboarding processes, including paperwork, systems, applicable training and ongoing support for hiring managers
- Review new and rehire paperwork for completeness and compliance
- Process new and rehire employees in the organization’s HRIS
- Support with employee onboarding post-hire
- Collaborate with organizational divisions to meet support needs, establish processes, and prepare for transitions at peak volume and pivotal times of year
- Run and analyze reports regarding talent acquisition metrics and data
- Conduct audits of relevant talent acquisition processes, forms and employee data
Requirements :
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer functions, with the ability to learn new software, familiarity with HR software preferredAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityAbility to manage, process and track large volumes of dataPossess strong organizational, interpersonal communication and relationship building skillsEducation and ExperienceMinimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, recruiting or similar administrative functionsAssociate’s Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or related fieldOr equivalent combination of education and experiencePosition Specifics :
Full-time hourly position at $20 - $24hrScheduled mostly Monday – Friday during standard business hoursThis is an in-office position in Manchester, NH with light travel requirements (up to 5x per month) across The Granite YMCA service area, depending upon time of yearBenefits and other Information :
