About the Role
A Senior Wealth Advisor is an experienced financial professional who can work within a team structure, grow and manage a large book of business encompassing business development, financial planning, asset management, pipeline management, and high-level client financial considerations. The role requires maintaining best-in-class client service, leading best practices in client engagement, and managing relationships at any asset level.

This role consists of a salaried draw against commission, with eligibility for performance-based incentive compensation.
