Compensation Model : Tiered collections-based pay structure, rewarding growth and productivity with high reimbursement rates and strong patient volume.

First-Year Security : $33,333 monthly guarantee or tiered collections whichever is greater during your first year while credentialing, referrals, and patient base are established.

Continuing Education : $2,500 annual CE allowance for advanced training, travel, and courses.
