Join Our Team as a Full-Time OB-GYN Hospitalist in Salinas, CA!

Pediatrix Medical Group is urgently seeking a full-time Board-Certified / Board-Eligible OB-GYN Hospitalist to provide 24-hour in-house coverage at a nationally recognized maternity care hospital nestled in the beautiful and vibrant Central Coast city of Salinas, California . This position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional care in a community-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide 24-hour in-house OB-GYN hospitalist coverage.
• Manage labor and delivery for low-volume OBs in the community.
• Handle obstetrical triage and emergency situations.
• Perform patient evaluations and management.
• Assist in obstetrical surgeries.
• Participate in fetal monitoring and coordinate with MFM specialists.
• Support a Level III NICU operated in partnership with Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford.
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists and MFM support.
• Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for all obstetric patients.
• Please note this is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area, and relocation may be required.
