• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• Need coverage for 3 to 6 months
• Average of 16 - 18 patients per day (age 13 & above)
• Seek acceptance from patients on diagnosis and treatment plan, explain diagnosis & more
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
