We're seeking a client-focused professional who can balance operational rigor with relationship building. The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth delivery, accurate billing, and long-term success. The ideal candidate thrives on solving problems, building trust, and spotting opportunities to add value.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys client interaction and understands that meaningful relationships often extend beyond traditional 9 to 5 hours, whether that means an early morning call, a late evening sync, or other relationship building activities with a client.

Other Information
Primary work hours are 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm EST, depending on workload. The Account Manager will also be expected to engage in client-facing activities outside of traditional hours, such as dinners, events, or other relationship-building opportunities.
