Job Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly with compassion and a smile as they enter the pharmacy.Provide exceptional patient care by actively engaging and addressing all patient needs, including processing orders in person and over the phone, guiding them to the right products, and referring prescription-related questions to pharmacists.Maintain a tidy and organized work area to meet company and regulatory standards.Support your team by assisting in various tasks to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.Use pharmacy software efficiently to perform essential tasks like patient profile management, prescription processing, and inventory checks.Collaborate on action plans aimed at improving patient care and service metrics.Participate in company initiatives and training programs, including completing required exams.Adhere to all company, state, and federal guidelines, including HIPAA regulations and specific sales processes.Process sales transactions accurately and confidently using the established register procedures.Accurately transcribe prescription information to create custom labels for each customer.Help maintain appropriate inventory levels by assisting with ordering, receiving, stocking, and rotating medications and supplies.Answer phone inquiries politely and in a timely manner, ensuring satisfactory communication with customers.Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns through effective communication with management and team members.Organize and file written prescriptions regularly.About Us
