About us :

Paysera seeks a talented UI / UX designer to join our Front-End team. This new role is dedicated to maintaining a cohesive and practical design approach across all Paysera front-end systems. This role aims to establish a robust design system, ensuring the development of intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our users. The UI / UX Designer will be pivotal in the Front-End team, working closely with other team members to create a distinct Paysera design system. This role involves crafting a comprehensive suite of mockups, flows, and prototypes to facilitate the seamless integration of new features into Paysera products, representing a unique opportunity to profoundly impact our front-end ecosystem, driving design innovation and excellence.

Your key responsibilities :

• Design software product functionalities ensuring outstanding user experience, participating in daily Front-End team activities and collaborating extensively with the Engineering Team.
• Work alongside business analysts, software engineers, and stakeholders to convert concepts into innovative wireframes and detailed designs, from concept to engineering hand-off.
• Create and iteratively improve the UI for new and existing web-based applications, championing a single source of truth via up-to-date Figma mockups.
• Defend design choices and critical deliverables to peers and stakeholders, fostering a culture of excellence and coherence in design standards.
• Develop and maintain the product design system, including library components, to facilitate a seamless alignment between design and engineering outputs.
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to refine and improve design solutions continuously.
