Project Manager - Playing Cards / Games (East Longmeadow)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary project lead, aligning customer requirements with internal capabilities for new customers and product lines
• Develop, maintain, and track timelines, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, HR, business development, and customer service to meet commitments
• Partner with Business Development and Customer Service to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive customer experience
• Provide regular status updates, escalate risks, enforce accountability, and ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards
