St. Luke Lutheran Community is searching for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator for its North Canton location :
Patient Care Coordinator Position Summary
Under the general direction of the Executive Director, primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the hands-on, proactive approach to customer service of the residents. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about the care and safety of our residents and a natural problem solver.
Primary Responsibilities for Concierge :
Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents
Greets guests and residents immediately upon entering the building
Provide introduction to facility and present important resources and contacts
Provide ongoing support and guidance to residents on a daily basis
Respond and address to any resident concerns which arise
Be available nights and weekends to address current issues
Assist other departments as needed
Notifies Executive Director of emergency situations
Notes areas or articles in need of repair and reports to Assistant Director
Other duties as assigned by Executive Director
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare customer service
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized
Interested in learning and growing your skill set
