DeatschWerks : Product Manager

DeatschWerks is seeking a driven and passionate Product Manager. This role is central to expanding the company's product line beyond fuel system components into complementary automotive performance products while ensuring smooth execution from concept through launch.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, technically minded automotive enthusiast who thrives on both strategic analysis and tactical follow-through. You will manage the details that keep product development moving, interface with our international vendors, and help free up our technical team to focus on innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product launch process from concept to market.
• Conduct market research to evaluate opportunities including in complementary automotive products and report findings to leadership.
• Interface directly with vendors, especially international suppliers, fostering respectful, culturally sensitive communication to improve timelines and product quality.
• Collaborate with supply chain to optimize sourcing, manage lead times, and ensure timely product availability.
• Maintain and organize product databases, including specifications, instructions, photos, and catalog copy for internal and external use.
• Support the product development team by handling administrative and operational tasks.
• Coordinate internally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth product introductions and cross-functional alignment.
• Track post-launch performance and help identify opportunities to enhance products, reduce costs, or expand into adjacent categories.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, exempt position. Days of work / hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. Occasional evenings and weekend work as well as travel may be required as job duties demand. Relocation assistance is available.
