HRIS Manager

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HRIS & Benefits Manager to lead the integration of our global HR systems and oversee the administration of employee benefits programs. This hybrid role combines technical HRIS expertise with strategic benefits management to drive automation, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience across all regions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

HRIS Strategy & System Integration

• Lead the global integration of HRIS platforms into a unified, scalable system.
• Partner with IT and vendors to ensure seamless data migration, system integration, and security.
• Configure and maintain HRIS modules including core HR data and reporting, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, goal setting, performance management and learning.
• Implement workflow automation to streamline HR operations and reduce manual tasks and approvals
