Counterintelligence Specialist

Bluehawk is seeking a mid-level Counterintelligence Specialist who shall perform work at designated government-owned facilities at USINDOPACOM HQ Camp H.M. Smith; USINDOPACOM JIOC, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI; and other military locations on the island of Oahu, HI. Locations also may include OCONUS & CONUS U.S. Government Controlled Facilities within the USINDOPACOM's Area of Responsibility (AOR) or their Joint Detachment (JDET) Offices in Denver, CO; Minneapolis, MN; or Ft. Worth, TX.

Primary work location is Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, however government will determine based on mission requirements.

Responsibilities

• The contract employee shall perform activities to detect, deter and defend against possible or real-time threats, including espionage or insider threats, foreign sabotage, international terrorist activity or to support other intelligence activities.
• The contract employee shall assist in the implementation of the DoD Insider Threat Program (InTP) in accordance with DoDI 5205.16; coordinate program development with staff and InTP partners including the USINDOPACOM Staff Directorates, JCC, Staff Judge Advocate, Special Security Office, NCIS, Human Resources, Command Psychologist, and others identified by CCICA.
• The contract employee shall represent J2X / CCICA at USINDOPACOM JnTP meetings and working groups as required. Participate in USINDOPACOM's Insider Threat HUB, UAM Team, and other related programs.
• The contract employee shall develop Insider Threat best practices for command units regarding the identification and reporting of potential insider threat activity.
