Job description

As a Senior Account Executive (SMB Segment) your role isnt just about sellingits about owning your pipeline driving outbound success and executing a strategic sales process to exceed your targets.

This is an opportunity-driven high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving high-growth environment .

Were building vibrant sales hubs in Dallas. Though Mews remains remote-first were looking for team members who want to develop their careers in a collaborative in-person environment learning with their teammates in the office at least 3 days a week.

What Youll Be Doing :

  • At Mews sales success is built on execution discipline and adaptability . Heres what a productive week might look like :
  • Owning your pipeline at least 50% of your closed deals will originate from outbound efforts.
  • Hosting 2 high-impact demos per day positioning Mews as the best solution for hoteliers.
  • Managing a pipeline to consistently close $ 400k ARR per year with deals averaging $ 5k in value.
  • Making 100 outbound activities per week sparking conversations qualifying prospects and generating momentum.
  • Executing account-based sales strategies using storytelling and value-driven selling to move deals forward.
  • Influencing multiple buyer personas from General Managers to Finance and Operations leaders tailoring your messaging to each.
  • Proactively iterating on your sales strategy using data insights to refine your outreach and positioning .
  • Delivering impact under pressure Mews moves fast and so should you.

Who You Are

Youll be a great fit if you :

  • Have a proven track record of exceeding $280k ARR quotas with ownership over outbound pipeline generation.
  • Have consistently closed deals averaging $5k in value in a multi-step but fast-paced sales cycle .
  • Can engage influence and close multi-stakeholder deals tailoring your approach to different personas.
  • Comfortable traveling within your territory.
  • Are fluent in English.
  • Are comfortable with data-driven sales execution leveraging pipeline analytics to optimize performance.
  • Are naturally curious and adaptable with a strong problem-solving mindset .
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial high-velocity sales environment where ambiguity is an opportunity not a blocker.

    The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is up to $150000 which is uncapped and includes separate equity compensation. Achievement above quota includes accelerators that will increase OTE. The starting wage will vary based on several factors including the candidates skills and experience. This OTE amount includes both the base salary and potential commissions which are dependent on performance and not guaranteed.
