Job descriptionFull-Time (with billing standards) Part-Time (with billing standards) Provide mental health services to individuals and families, conducting thorough assessments and offering client centered care Document progress, write detailed notes, and maintain accurate records Offer compassionate support to help clients manage life challenges and improve their overall well-being Utilize evidence-based practices to drive positive outcomes and deliver the highest quality care Ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional, and ethical standards Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients' needs and support their emotional growth Determined and result driven individual while maintaining strict adherence to regulations and ethical standards Knowledgeable, highly organized, and innovatively-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit Competent, highly organized, with excellent time management skills Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment Master's degree in a relevant field 1-2 years of experience providing therapy, particularly to children and families Active LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, or LCSW-C licensure in the state of Maryland Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work with a diverse population and demonstrate cultural sensitivity You'll work alongside a passionate, like-minded team dedicated to making an impact in the community Opportunity to help individuals and families improve their lives Collaborative setting with a focus on professional growth Commitment to offering a healthy work-life balance Free CEUs to continue your professional development Company-Sponsored EAP Program for personal and professional support Company-Paid Life Insurance coverage ($25,000) Remote / Hybrid $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
