Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the complete school year within a K-12 educational setting located in Fairborn, OH. This contract role offers an opportunity to provide essential communication support to students across the full grade spectrum, from kindergarten through twelfth grade.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational standards.
• Provide consultation and in-service training to school staff as needed.
