Unarmed Security Officer Holiday Coverage

IPSC has been offering security officer patrol services since 1977 and has expanded to provide various security-related services. IPSC is hiring already licensed unarmed security guards to work in Denver holiday coverage for Thanksgiving Holiday! Pay is $18-19 per hour. Must have a valid driver's license and an active unarmed security guard license. Prior law enforcement, military, and / or security experience is a plus. Full-time and part-time positions available. Retirees and veterans welcome.

Shift : 12hr Wednesday : 2200-0800 Thursday : 0800-1600, 1600-2359

Must be able to pass a drug screen, have reliable transportation, and have an active cell phone number.

Physical and Mental Job Requirements :

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret written information
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle if required
• Ability to detect and identify sounds relevant to fires, floods, alarm signals, and persons in distress
• Ability to walk, run, stand, climb, sit
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. waist high if required
• Ability to make decisions instantly on the event of an emergency
• Meet the physical and mental requirements of the state(s) to be licensed by the state to perform security guard / security officer work
