Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess and understand each patient's individual needs to craft customized therapy strategies that will help them achieve their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions : Employ evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and day-to-day functionalities
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams : Collaborate effectively with OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nurses to guarantee total and well-rounded care
• Educate Patients and Their Families : Provide vital education to patients and caregivers about effective therapy techniques for sustained success at home
• Monitor Progress : Regularly assess clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans to ensure the best possible trajectory for each patient
