As a Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will perform unarmed patrols throughout the property to help to deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment. You will interact with tenants and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to incidents as needed. This is a driving post, requiring you to navigate the site and monitor for any unusual activity. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the commercial real estate location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to observe for suspicious activity and help to deter unauthorized access or behavior.

Monitor access points and assist with visitor management as needed to support the security-related needs of the location.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Assist with emergency response activities and provide support to building management and local authorities when appropriate.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related issues and provide reassurance to occupants.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
