Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administers enterprise messaging environments ensuring secure and available email operations.

• Manage Microsoft Exchange Online and M365 integration.
• Oversee email routing spam filtering and backup configurations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT records management and data retention policies.
• Provide Tier 3 email support and configuration documentation.
