- Kadiko is seeking a mission-driven Outreach Coordinator on behalf of our client. This role will foster strategic relationships, promote our programs, and increase community engagement.
- In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our client, its partners, local agencies, community groups, and the individuals we serve.
Your proactive outreach will play a critical role in expanding the organization’s impact and visibility. Key Responsibilities :
Community Engagement and Relationship Building Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with local health systems, , service providers and advocacy networks that refer clients. Identify new outreach opportunities and cultivate relationships with stakeholders, influencers, and potential supporters. Program Promotion and Participant Recruitment Lead outreach strategies to engage potential program participants, ensuring populations in need are aware of and have access to our client's services. Distribute educational materials, create presentations, and leverage online and offline channels. Communications and Public Relations Promote our outreach communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content to amplify program success stories and upcoming events. Coordinate media outreach efforts and support public relations initiatives. Event Planning and Execution Organize and facilitate community outreach events, workshops, and seminars to foster engagement and support. Manage event logistics, including scheduling, promotion, material preparation, and post-event follow-up. Reporting and Evaluation Track outreach activities, gather feedback, and assess effectiveness to inform strategy adjustments. Prepare regular reports on outreach metrics and program engagement for internal review. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in communications, Social Work, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in outreach, community engagement, advocacy, or related roles. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Event planning and project management experience is highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms. Demonstrated alignment with our client’s mission and values. Working Conditions : Full-time, with occasional evening and weekend hours required to attend community events.You must be able to travel locally for outreach activities on a daily basis.
