About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Wealth Advisor to join their dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the ongoing succession planning for three advisors with significant books and will also have the opportunity to close high net worth and ultra-high net worth business sourced through marketing and internal referral pipelines. The role involves serving as the primary advisor to high net worth and ultra-high net worth families, providing a wide range of services including comprehensive financial planning, asset allocation, estate and tax planning, risk management, and philanthropic advisory services. The Senior Wealth Advisor will work within the wealth advisory team to grow the client book, assist with veteran advisor succession planning, and capitalize on referral opportunities.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in wealth management, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and closing business from client referrals and internal channels. The position requires a trusted advisor who can serve clients at a high level and is capable of developing business from both internal and external sources. The ideal candidate will be highly entrepreneurial, with the ability to build and maintain a client book and revenue base. A competitive base compensation is offered, with the potential for a long-run 7-figure income for those who can meet the demands of the role.
