HOA ACCOUNTANT – ASPEN, CO

Frias Properties of Aspen Snowmass seeks a full-time HOA Accountant to manage homeowners’ associations' financials. This hybrid role is for local applicants only (must live in the Roaring Fork Valley).

• Maintain HOA financial records (AP / AR)
• Prepare reports, budgets, forecasts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Work with HOA boards & internal teams
• 5+ yrs HOA accounting experience
• Proficient in QBD, AppFolio & Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and communicative

$75K–$85K DOE + full benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k match, PTO, HSA, bonuses)
