RN Clinical Educator Home Health
Responsibilities :
- Establish standards of care and educational programs for clinical staff
- Ensure compliance throughout agency with all regulatory standards
- Clinical orientation and training of all new hires
- Ongoing staff development
- Provide clinical observation at point of care and chart audits
- Supervise the delivery of HHA services for the agency
