Claims Leader

Independent agency is hiring a Claims Advocate / Claims Team Lead who has experience with the independent insurance agency side of things. Ideally, a team leader who can oversee the 2 Claims Advocates they currently have, organize the department, and draft / implement formal workflows & procedures.

They need to have experience in managing people, Property & Casualty claims, loss control / risk management services, and developing workflows / efficiencies for managing claims.
