Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate students' communication needs and develop personalized, evidence-based therapy programs.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to support student development and achievement of goals.
• Utilize age-appropriate therapy techniques to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and memory skills.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports and adjust therapy services as necessary.
• Maintain detailed client records in compliance with all regulations.
• Communicate effectively with families to foster collaboration in therapy.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Lead staff training and mentor colleagues to improve service quality.
• Work with clients in various settings to ensure effective treatment delivery.
